Working closely with WorkPad, we delivered a full CAT B fit-out of 17 Newman Street, a managed HQ in the heart of Fitzrovia, completed for WorkPad on behalf of a global occupier.

Split over 4 floors and working to a 16 week programme, we delivered the complete fit out, coordinating throughout with WorkPad and the wider project team to bring the space to occupier ready condition. 

The result is a flagship managed workspace that reflects the quality and finish demanded at the premium end of the Fitzrovia market.
