Reduce, reuse, recycle
We help businesses reduce their carbon footprint by keeping materials, furniture and fittings in circulation and out of the skip. Reusing, repurposing and refurbishing fit-out elements is an approach we bring to every one of our projects.
Long life cycle
If only new will do, we’ll work with you to source options as sustainable as the budget will allow. These will have long life cycles and could include reclaimed and recycled building elements and biodegradable materials.
Keep it local
We use local, like-minded suppliers and subcontractors to reduce transportation-related emissions and support local businesses. Working with local suppliers also minimises the risk of supply chain disruptions.
Hitting your targets
We’ve worked with project teams to design and build future-proofed workspaces that meet environmental targets and accreditation schemes, including BREEAM, WELL, LEED and Net Zero Carbon, as well as SKA ratings and EPC assessments.
