Packed with high tech features

As a leader in the technology, engineering and science sector, our most recent client’s new London based office is packed with high tech features.

As a detail and build project, the designs were specified by Gensler. The client sought to replicate the look and feel of their Washington, D.C, office and this created the main challenge to this build, the long lead durations on U.S. products and matching them with EU versions.

EC1 Build undertook a full CAT B refurbishment which included a reception area, boardroom, open office and hot desking zone, tea point and break out area, plus 5 new offices. To the boardroom, the installation of an acoustic ceiling, controllable lighting scenes, cinema seating and a high specification audio visual installation for conference calls. Each office received a TV and work station with electric adjustable standing desks.
