Striking facade, natural light and a generous mezzanine

This architecturally designed office building was reworked by the architectural firm that it once housed. Here you’ll find numerous striking features, a lovely large open plan space, a north light roof incorporating impressive steel trusses and glazing and most interesting of all are the architect’s trademark giant ‘screw’ columns either side of the front entrance.

We worked to a strict budget to design and complete the Cat A refit at this historical Farringdon location.

Works included extending out the 1st floor to create a generous mezzanine, decorating throughout, laying decking on the roof terrace and fitting the newly designed bathrooms and state of the art lighting, AC and ventilation systems.
