Autumn 2025 saw the completion of Radiant House, a full CAT-A refurbishment for The Langham Estate.

Set within a Grade II listed building in Fitzrovia, the project reimagined three floors and around 4,400 SQ/FT into a bright, flexible workspace ready for its next occupier.

The brief was clear. Create a versatile, market ready space with strong foundations for future tenants. EC1 Build delivered a complete refresh across all floors, including new WCs, teapoint, lighting, air conditioning and finishes throughout. The result is a clean and efficient environment that feels considered and easy to adapt.

A neutral palette and durable materials were chosen to appeal to a wide range of occupiers, while energy efficient lighting and modern services improve performance and comfort.

Working within a listed and part occupied building brought challenges, from listed building consent to coordination with existing tenants. Through careful planning and consistent communication, the team kept the project moving smoothly from start to finish.
