Stunning seven story period building transformation

Working closely with the landlord, this was a full design and build project encompassing Cat A to Cat B works, entirely transforming a 7 story property into 4 office levels, a basement including rentable meeting room, showers and bike storage and a penthouse apartment. 

The fact that the project kicked off in the thick of the pandemic meant a steep learning curve to adapt to new regulations, protect employees, material shortages and company closures were also challenges to overcome.

Extensive demolition was followed by a full renovation, completely new mechanical and electrical services, AV, new floor finishes, toilets, showers, partitions, windows and a courtyard area plus a carefully considered furniture, fixtures and equipment list.
